Dear Sir/Madam/user

This is to formally announce the dissolution of NFC LIGHTER.COM LLC, effective in the next 1-3 days persuant to Florida and Iowa laws. The decision to dissolve the company was made after careful consideration and has been executed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the state of Florida.

Please note that the domain nfclighter.com, previously associated with the company, is held in a separate account and will be auctioned off to the highest bidder in the next 7 days to satisfy taxes and fees. Interested parties are encouraged to contact me directly for further information on the bidding process.
