TRADEMARK OFFICE STARTS INCLUDING QR CODES ON REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES; INTENDS TO PHASE OUT PAPER CERTIFICATES
As of December 24, 2019, the United States Patent and Trademark Office began including quick response codes (“QR codes”) on printed trademark registration certificates. QR codes are essentially two-dimensional barcodes that can be read using an imaging device, like a smartphone camera (paired with an appropriate app). Scanning a QR code on a trademark registration certificate allows the scanner to open a digital version of the certificate online through the Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (“TSDR”) system. This allows you to verify that the information on the print version of the certificate is the same as the information posted by the Trademark Office online in the TSDR system.
The QR codes are also “a step toward providing an official digital registration certificate that will replace the print version.” It thus seems the Trademark Office is taking steps to “go green” and eventually do away with mailing paper certificates as the final step in the registration process. It is unclear whether registrants who still desire to obtain a paper certificate will be able to special order one, although it seems likely. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding these recent developments.

I purchased qr-vape.com for vape pen/ mods with qr codes on them.
I then purchased USA-QR.COM
I also purchased US-QR.COM
Sunday, april 9th 2023.
I have plans to purchase nfclighter.com by 2024 and develope the first nfc lighter.
Let me be very clear, this technology bas been around for a very long time, but it hasn't been used in this fashion before. This is something that I have been researching and developing for years Now and I am finally seeing It become cheap enough to be able to be used in todays world. As of 2020, 100 million people scanned qr codes on their phones. In 2023 that number has probably doubled! Ill keep posting updates of my progress! ππππ₯π₯π₯
I planned to use qr codes on lighters, and found out that MIT has come up with a way to make qr codes invisible, but still be able to be scanned on smartphones and scanners. You can read that article
HERE. I would love to print qr codes into the lighters, and will use
QR LIGHTER.COM to implement this technology. There is also a black light (uv ) version as well that can be done. I have thought of making the design like a " soccer ball" print so that the entire object whether it's a lighter or a different product, could be covered with this pattern of qr codes.
I have made the nfc and qr lighters, and will post photos here.
Implementing a laser engraved lighter would be ideal, but I cannot afford a laser. I have also come up with a bible chip nfc chip that holds bitcoin as well. I have purchased more than 40 domain names at this point but the ones for the Bible chip is
BIBLE CHIPS and the one for the lighters is
BITCOIN LIGHTER.
I look forward to branding opportunities, and working with small to large investment opportunities in the future from anyone from bic to Google. I know this is a good idea, and I want to get the word out there to sell the product or the idea. If you are interested in learning more, or contacting me, you can visit
April of 2023 and Im finally seeing people catch on to the qr lighter advertisement model. Now many websites are imitating this and making good money doing it.
